Terms of Service

These terms govern use of BrooklynAds.com and any services provided by BrooklynAds.

Services. BrooklynAds provides digital marketing, advertising management, local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, review generation, content, video production, lead tracking and related services described in your service agreement.

Fees. Monthly management fees are billed in advance. Advertising spend is billed separately by the ad platform directly to you and is not included in our management fee.

Cancellation. Our plans are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

No guarantees. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, ad placements, AI citations, lead volumes, revenue outcomes, or platform decisions. We commit to disciplined setup, transparent reporting and constant optimization.

Ownership. You retain ownership of your ad accounts, website, domain, customer data and creative assets you provide.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrooklynAds' aggregate liability under any claim relating to services is limited to the fees paid to BrooklynAds in the prior three months.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
